
This one-day classroom certification course develops:
• Structured decision-making under stress
• Professional communication and command presence
• Emotional regulation and performance control
• Instructional leadership skills
• Workplace conflict management
• Personal leadership development planning Participants complete scenario-based exercises and a short instructional practicum to strengthen real-world leadership capability.
Participants must complete the USCG-approved Maritime Security Awareness course offered through Maine Maritime Academy (online or approved in-house option). This 4-hour program meets STCW and ISPS Code requirements. Certification is issued directly by Maine Maritime Academy.
