Maine Maritime Academy – Center for Professional Mariner Development  In Collaboration with Protect Academy  This course is designed specifically for women seeking practical self-defense education rooted in awareness, prevention, and controlled response.  The program emphasizes avoidance first, confidence through preparation, and responsible use of force only as a last resort.

Maine Maritime Academy – Center for Professional Mariner Development  In Collaboration with Protect Academy  This course provides civilians with practical tools to improve awareness, preparedness, and decision-making during high-stress public safety incidents.  The focus is prevention, early recognition, and responsible response — not tactical engagement.

Duration: 3 Days (24–30 Training Hours) Format: Classroom + Range + Evaluation Classification: Advanced / Performance-Based
